Route notes
We bought two tickets from an agent in a small kiosk at the end of the beach to take us to Kho Sok National Park. We met a group of other tourists and started the journey on a longboat. We thought we would be heading back to Krabi to pick up minivan but the longboat pulled up at a little village after only 10 minutes and dropped us off along with one other couple. We had no idea what was happening but after waiting for almost an hour a minivan turned up for us. After travelling for a while we stopped at a town I don’t know the name of to pick up more travellers. It was quick turnaround but there was just enough time to get some food for lunch and a few snacks. It was mid afternoon when we arrived at a small village at the entrance to Khao Sok National Park. The whole journey had been a good one taking us about 6 hours with a few things to see along the way.
